I am no longer able to scroll back through footage on my two cameras . Obviously not an issue with camera as both cameras became effected by issue at same time . Sometimes when I try to scroll back through the history I get a strange blocky, pixelated image . I have removed and reinstalled both cameras but they still have same issue . Can anyone help .

That sounds frustrating! Since both cameras are affected, it could be a Nest app or subscription issue. Check if your Nest Aware subscription is active, as that’s required for video history. Also, try clearing the app cache or using a different device to view the footage.
If the pixelation persists, it might be a network issue—restarting your router could help. If nothing works, contacting Google Support might be the best option. Hope you get it fixed!
