Outdoor cameras won’t connect to new router

I bought 4 cameras and had an electrician install them.  All the wires are in the attic.  They were all working fine until I changed my internet provider and got a new modem.  I can’t hook them up to my computer now that they’re all wired into the house from the attic to outside.  So…. I’ve been trying to set them up with the new wifi router manually by tying in their codes (which I have pictures of) but not one of the cameras can find the network.  I haven’t had any problems with any other wireless products in my home.  I’m very disappointed I spent so much money for cameras that aren’t working😪

I am having the same issue as the previous person. I got a new modem and now unable to get my camera working with it. I have unplugged, deleted, and have been. Trying to add back, put the 6 digit code and select the last four digits of the serial number then go through selecting correct modem but the camera will not connect still. I received an email about a trial period but my plan has not yet expired. Not sure what else to do.
