All three outdoor battery WIFI cameras worked fine for several months after installation. All three stopped working at the same time. On my iPhone, they all report "device offline".
I have rebooted our Wi-fi modem to no effect. I have also pressed the reset button on one of the cameras to no effect. At the moment the entire camera system is non operational. How do I proceed?

Have you made ANY changes at all to your Wi-Fi system? I'm asking because all three of your cameras are offline, and it seems unlikely all three would fail at the same time.
We've had a battery camera for 23 months, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it's online and "Live" at all times. Are your cameras plugged in or operating on battery power? Is the charging cord (when in use) or power cable seated securely in the bottom of your camera, with the cord or cable feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?

Have fun trying to resolve the failts with these garbage cameras. Google should remove them from sale and refund every user that was stupid enough to purchase such rubbish. I only wish i had read this forum and other social media platforms before buying these garbage cameras. I feel like a fool for being ripped off when 99% of the feedback is negative

Hello everyone,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, I’m sorry to hear that you're having issues with Nest cameras as well. Don’t worry; I’m here to help.
A few questions: what model of Nest cameras do you have? What is the color of the status light? Are you using an iOS or Android device? Did you use the Google Home or Nest app to set up the cameras? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken?
You can use this guide to help you troubleshoot an offline Nest camera or doorbell.
Let me know how it goes.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer and Edmond.
Best,
Lance
