Been trying to deal with the live chats this whole time about getting my nest doorbell looked at for the peeling issue but I've been hitting wall after wall. Even spoke with some customer service reps if it wasn't bad enough speaking with them before the new Gen doorbells it's even worse now (been brushed off so many times to get the new one). Please help.
