Pair Protect & Doorbell/Camera to Wi-Fi & Iphone

Cannot pair to my iPhone. new Protect & Door/Camera. Best app p is downloaded & shows my present location (new). Separate location & thermostats are paired at my other house, but not here. When pairing it cannot pair as it is not connected to Wi-Fi. Suggestions welcomed!

I am assuming you have a Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Nest app for your other house, which is on the Wi-Fi at your other house. When you're trying to install the Nest Protect and the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell, is your iPhone connected to the Wi-Fi at your new present location? Have you created a new Google Nest "home/structure" for your new present location while connected to that Wi-Fi? Are you at your new present location when trying to install? (A Google Nest "home/structure" cannot cover more than one Wi-Fi network.)

Also, Nest Protects can only be installed in the Google Nest app, while the new 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell can only be installed in the Google Home app.

(We have cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs, but not Nest Protects.)

@Tommountains74 thanks for posting here in the community and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your Nest camera, Nest doorbell and Nest Protect to your Wifi network. To confirm, did you create a new home structure for that property? If so, make sure that home structure is selected before adding your Nest devices. Check this link to create a new home structure through Nest App.
