Cannot get any help from Google whatsoever in Australia. Trying to access chat through the home app is non existent. My 12 cameras "yes i was ### enough to buy 12 don't remind me how ### i am pls for buying 12" are constantly offline. MY MODEM IS NEW HAS 32 DEVICE CONNECTIONS AND BEEN TESTED BY MY TELCO IT'S NOT MY MODEM. I hardly ever get notifications. The battery consumption in the last month is horrendous. DO GOOGLE REALIZE HOW PATHETICALLY BAD THESE HOPELESS CAMERAS REALLY ARE? DOES ANYONE FROM GOOGLE MONITOR THIS FORUM? MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN VIEWED OVER 1000 TIMES ON PRODUCT REVIEW HOPEFULLY I HELPED THOSE 1000 PEOPLE NOT PURCHASE THESE GARBAGE CAMERAS. GOOGLE HAVE RECEIVED LARGE FINES FROM THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT I'M CONTACTING MY MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT TOMORROW AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE COMMUNICATIONS OMBUDSMAN AND ALSO THE "ACCC" THE AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION TOMORROW. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. HOPEFULLY I HAVE DONE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO THESE CAMERAS REPUTATION OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS WITH MY CONSTANT BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN. MAYBE THATS WHY THEY ARE NOW HALF PRICE IN ALL DEPARTMENT STORES IN AUSTRALIA.... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH EVERYONE WHO HAS BOUGHT THESE GARBAGE CAMERAS NEED TO BE REFUNDED...

Yeah I have no idea how they are allowed to even sell the battery cam as a security solution, they are just useless. I came here after cancelling my nest aware subscription, today I discovered my cameras (doorbell and battery cam) have simply disabled their own event recording and no longer send any alerts. My subscription is active and they worked up until a few days ago, I’m going to ditch the almost equally useless WiFi Pro mesh network next.
