Pink picture

One camera has pink picture. Tried to do factory reset but unable to reset with paper clip or thumbtack. nothing happens when I insert to reset

Yes, I spoke to support on phone and we tried rebooting, resetting, unplugging and reconnecting. Still have pink picture on one of my 7 outdoor cameras.
