Need help with delayed notifications using camera/doorbell

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, is this a new installation? How far is your Nest Camera and Nest Doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? To further isolate the issue, try using a different mobile phone and check if you'll get the same issue. Also, try changing your internet connection to cellular data and check the notification. Looking forward to your response.
