Powerline and Google Nest Cam

Hi, I live in Italy. I have a Wind router and a TP Link powerline. Do Google Nest Cams, with and without cable, work in this environment?

Nest Cams require a Wi-Fi network with a functioning internet connection. They cannot be wired via ethernet to the network.
