Hi guys,
I need some suggestions for trubleshooting my setup.
I have a D-link camera in my yard. With this, I can stream to my Google TV without any problems. (10 seconds delay, but the feed is fine)
Then I bought a Nest Wireless camera for my driveway, to be able to see the shcoolbus in front of the house.
But this does really not play well on the Chromecast (Google TV).
The feed is very unstable, and often drops completly. The framerate is like 1 frame pr minutte.
The thing is, when streaming to the Google Home Screen, or the iPad everything is beautiful.
I set up an Access Point very close to the camera but, this still did not help.
(I tried different things for a long time without any sucess)
So, TLDR; Streaming to the Chromecast TV works fine. (Other apps, a speed test app on the device or D-link camera)
Streaming from the camera works fint. (Streming to iPad, Android or Google Home)
But together they fail...
Any idears on what I can try? 🙂
