Hi @AmaraNwayOo
Do you use Apple iCloud Private Relay by any chance? 😊
If so please try disabling this and try to add the Doorbell again.

Hi @RXShorty I’m not using iCloud paid version. I think, iCloud relayed is only work on paid accounts.
Cheers

I am just another Google Nest customer. There are a number of posts on this issue, with varying causes and solutions.
A couple of customers received this error because they are located in countries not supported by Google Nest.
A couple of other customers discovered their camera or doorbell was defective and got it replaced.
One customer was able to set up their camera by using another phone.

@MplsCustomerI’m outside of supported countries. My friend who lives in Singapore and he can able to setup smoothly. Hopefully my doorbell not defective.

I don't know what happens if you try to use a Google Nest Doorbell in an unsupported country, or why it would work in Singapore. Google Nest says the battery doorbell is supported in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States: https://support.google.com/store/answer/2462844?hl=en

I managed to solve this issue. I don’t know if I post this solution, I’m afraid google will prevent it or not. If you have any kind of experience, pls reply here. I will reply via email.

Hi folks,
@AmaraNwayOo that's awesome and we're glad to hear that. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread shortly unless I can help out with anything else.
Thanks for answering, RXShorty and MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
