Hi
For several days I have had a problem viewing my cameras and door bell live stream on my mobile via the Nest App. There is no problem with access via the browser and nest website. All I get on the Nest app summary page via my mobile is a series of black screens under door bell, camera 1, camera 2 etc, with the revolving blue circle like a buffering image on video. This does not happen when i access the same via the website. i have tried rebooting, reinstalling and most other easy fixes without success. I also know the system is set up properly as it also works properly on my ipad, but not my mobile! has anybody seen this problem before?

I'm having a similar issue where I cannot see the nest hello camera over a mobile network ( and assuming not notifications) but works over WiFi at home and at work. Hope there is a fix soon otherwise it gets sent back and I'll get a Ring doorbell

If you're having trouble on your mobile while using Wi-Fi, you could try deleting and reinstalling your Google Nest app. If the problem is only when using the app while on cellular data, there have been other reports about that, with no answer from Google Nest yet.

Hi
thanks for this. I get the problem on my mobile on wifi or cellular so suppose will have to wait for Google response. I have tried reinstalling the app several times with no success.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

I'm having the same issue. 5 outdoor cameras, spinning blue circle on all of them on nest app dashboard. When I click on each camera, the live video pops up fine. I've had two Android updates recently, not sure if that is related. Cameras are working, good power and wifi. Reached out to nest, still waiting on response.

Hi All, I have this issue since the last update of the samsung firmware. After the update I got this behavior. I think this is a problem created by Samsung.

Also having the same issue. Started a week ago. Only happens on cellular data. Works fine on home wifi. Nothing fixes it. Tried logout/login, clearing app cache, clearing app data, restarting phone. Only summary page it's malfunctioning. Tapping on the cameras thumbnails opens the camera specific feed with no problem.
