Problem with recording

Why can’t I see recording from my cameras anymore, only live and still photo.

Has your Nest Aware trial or paid subscription expired? You can check it by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or Google Home app, or by going to this Subscription Management page:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

Thank you for your answer. 🙂But my subscriptions is not the problem. That is payed.

If your subscription shows up as active under Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or Google Home app, it would be pretty remarkable to lose access to history unless you turned off video recording. That's why I suggested checking under Settings | Nest Aware to make sure the subscription was still there.
