Hi Shan, Do you have the Nest Aware Subscription activated? This is a monthly subscription that you have to pay for. If you do not have it activated then you can't go back and look at history beyond about 3 hours. Also, if you activate the Nest Aware Subscription now it will NOT have the history from anything before. It starts the recordings when you activate the subscription.
