Purple/pink video

My camera  is showing a very purple/pink hue on the video. Saying it has low battery 1%. Yet it's a hardwired camera floodlight. I've checked the wires to it and they have full 120v. I've cycled power to it and hard reset. Issue still remains. 

I tried doing a chat with Gary A in support and well... here I am.
