Purpose of paying for 10 day history if you cant save it (Nest Cam Battery)

I recently purchased the Nest Aware Plus subscription and shortly after I discovered that I unable to save video unless it is tied to an event. It seems a bit pointless especially if the event ends and a section of it needs to be provided to law enforcement for any reason. For the cost of this service, it seems like that is a crucial piece that is left out and you can't access it on a pc without an android emulator. In my experience of incriminating individuals for breaking the law it really helps to provide as much video as possible is crucial and unnecessary time-lapses could cost you your case.

  1. Open the Google Home app

  2. At the top right, tap your account.
  3. Tap Feedback 

and then

  1. tap the type of device you'd like to submit feedback for.
  2. To display available emails, in the "From:" section, tap the arrow on the right. Select your email address.
  3. In the feedback summary, write a brief description of your issue.
  4. Be sure to check the box for Screenshot and System logs.
  5. To submit feedback, at the top right corner, tap Send
