Hello I recently purchased a home and it has a Nest Doorbell, spotlight & outdoor camera but I have no access to it. I have contacted the realtor and asked them to reach out to the previous owner but have had no success. How can I go about adding these cameras to my google account without the original owner removing their ownership? Please help

You'll need to perform a "factory reset" on each device to clear out the Wi-Fi settings. See this Help topic; be sure to use the "Factory reset" instructions and not the "Restart" instructions.

Hopefully that is enough; some customers in this forum report issues even after a "factory reset".
