Reconnecting to camera and doorbell after wifi password change

The wifi password was changed so the camera and doorbell went offline. They would not reconnect. Did a factory reset on the camera and removed it from the Google home.  Attempted set up new device several times, but it doesn't finish and ends up with something went wrong.

Hi Hv, I'm and end user like you.  First just make sure you did the FULL factory reset and not just the restart.   Here is a link with the directions.  Be sure to follow the steps closely.

If this works for you please come back and let us know.

If this doesn't work then most likely you can not correct this from your side. You will need a Google Tech to reset it at their end (this is a common problem).  Here is the  link to open a support ticket so you can take to someone at Google.
