Recording when event recording turned off

I've set my event zones and zone 3 is set so that it doesn't record anything yet zone 3 is still recording. I've been in contact with Google and done everything they've said to do and it's not worked. Has anybody else experiencing the same issues.

Do you have the case ID from your interaction with the support team, so I can check what happened?
