Hello,

to make a warranty claim i'm filling out the form at https://support.google.com/product-documentation/contact/nest_warranty?hl=en but when submitting i get error:

Refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form.

tried everything like 10 times, other networks, browsers and devices but same issue everywhere.

 

please advise

after some searching i found this page: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

started chatting with a Google employee and he helped me in an excellent way, send me a packing slip and postal code to send my doorbell to Google for the warranty.

Was very satisfied with this kind of help

After much back and forth, it was determined that my doorbell was not operable so I was issued a replacement.  I really appreciate everyone's help.

I am having the same problem with my Nest Doorbell.  I am unable to submit.  I have tried to refresh over 20 times and it still gives me the same reply.

Thank you, I will give it a try.
