2 year old wired camera w/floodlight was accidently removed. Cannot find QR CODE but shows a code of 9JMGAT Foe camera but will not reconnect to google home. Please help
Your post does not say what exactly is happening when your camera "will not connect to Google home".
You SHOULD be able to reinstall your camera with the 6-character alphanumeric setup code, but sometimes removing a camera from the Google Home app does not perform a factory reset, and you may have to perform it manually. (Use the "factory reset" instructions, not the "restart" instructions.)
Please close this topic. We could not get any decent support and all the suggestions of reinstalling the camera did not work. Therefore, we have purchased another brand of camera
