What is the process for ordering replacement parts for the Nest Doorbell (battery)? I have misplaced the base plate that came within the package. Thanks for any assistance provided in advance.

I submitted the form as you suggested. I haven't heard back from anyone regarding replacement parts. I also did not receive a case number via email, any suggestions?
