Replacement for Back Plate

Hello Google Team, 

I recently installed Hello Nest Doorbell and someone tried to remove the doorbell and in the process destroyed the backing metal plate.   I currently have it secured using duck tape (which I dont think is very secure)  How do I go about getting a replacement backing (to be clear the actual metal plate that you screw into the wall)
