After finding out Google will do nothing to tend to the awful cracking/peeling on my Nest Hello due to it being out of warranty by a few months, I am finding it is now affecting the video quality. This is seemingly a widespread issue no matter the weather/exposure and its shocking for something with this price tag to degrade so quickly.
Before I decide to eat the costs of my year subscription and go with a different provider all together for all of my home cameras, am I able to source a new replacement front plate/part that I can apply myself? From the looks of it from iFixit, it seems relatively straight forward
