changed Internet provider.. reconnecting the cameras and getting this msg

I understand you are receiving the error message "Request failed. Your request could not be completed. Rebooting your device, wait and retry in 20s." when trying to reconnect. To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • What is the make and model of the cameras you are trying to reconnect?
  • How far are the cameras from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the cameras you want to pair?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
