Reset doesn't work

Hello,

I moved to a new house and inherited wired nest outdoor camera 

I tried the reset button but didn't work several times.

I also tried unplugging it but again didn't help

Please advise how to reset my camera if the reset button doesn't work?

Are you following the steps in the help article below? The key thing is when the light ring starts spinning blue, release the button. Your camera’s lights will turn off while it’s resetting.

See the "Nest Cam IQ Indoor or Outdoor" section under the "Factory reset" part at the bottom.

Thanks for your help

I tried all the steps mentioned

The problem that pressing the reset button doesn't work,it doesn't change in color,not sure if button defect or not.

Any other ways to reset?

Is your camera plugged in and powered on? Are you using an unfolded paperclip or thumbtack to reach the reset button?

Yes.

Tried pressing for short period and for longer but nothing worked for both cameras
