Ring doorbell not ringing inside or making noise when doorbell pushed outside

Hello, 

My nest doorbell stopped working and will only ring if you push the button 4x. I noticed that there is no sound on the outside when ringing the doorbell when I tested it out and that the camera stops working when the doorbell is pushed. I also realized that when someone pushes the doorbell I do not get a notification on the Nest. Any information/advice will help.

I have the same issue. I just tried a ton of older walkthroughs from this forum with no luck. 

I did find that if you turn on “Quiet Time” it allows the doorbell to ring on the outside and will bring back the notifications on your phone but it still doesn’t solve the chimes through the smart speakers. Let me know if that works for you too.
