'Ring indoor chime' greyed out in Home app.

I've set up my Nest Hub and Doorbell in the Home App. The 'ring indoor chime' option is greyed out. I've tried rebooting the hub as suggested in an archived chat.

Nothing is working.

@B_K

If your battery doorbell is not connected to doorbell wires going to your indoor doorbell chime, then the "Indoor chime" option is automatically grayed out, because it's not possible to ring your indoor doorbell chime.

If you want to get "Visitor announcements" on your Nest Hub, you need to enable the "Visitor announcements" option for your doorbell in the Google Home app:

Your battery doorbell and your Nest Hub need to be in the same Google Nest "home/structure".
