SOS cannot set up new camera

i cannot believe how much money I pay you and cannot speak to a human being, I have a new nest outdoor cam, THERE IS NO SCAN CODE anywhere on the box or the mount. I plug it into my computer and NOTHING and when I resent the button on the back, NOTHING. I have a $400 paperweight and not one single way to contact you.  GREAT customer service.........

By "new Nest outdoor camera" do you mean the Google Nest Camera (Battery), which is the only outdoor camera Google Nest is currently selling (except for the floodlight camera, which is similar)? If so, the QR code is on a removable sticker that is on the face of the camera. The 6-character Setup Code is printed on the bottom of the camera, as shown below (with the font size exaggerated).

You do NOT plug the new Google Nest cameras into your computer to install them. Here are the battery camera install instructions:

Have a look inside the camera box and on the little book thing that came with it is a phone number i believe. I have seen this stated on other google forums. I believe it to be true.
