Samsung Galaxy S25 - Notifications

I have recently updated to the new Samsung Galaxy S25 from the S23, I have authorized all notifications to be sent through, however, I am not receiving notifications on my S25 but am still receiving on my S23. Does nest need to update their software or am I missing something?

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • What model of camera do you have?
  • Are you logged into the same account as your old phone?
  • Is the device detecting events?
  • Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?
  • Is this issue constant or intermittent?
  • Are the Google Home app and Nest app up to date?
