Saving Nest Clips on PC have sub don't want to lose ie Bbay of passed loved one

So to make it short : a family member died and we want to save long clips of them from the Nest clips ie latest Bday party.  The Issue I have is I got the sub 60 day save, and I do see them on the nest site but when I  ie say save to PC I just get a HMTL link to the nest site.  I thought there was a way to take a clip and permanently save it to my PC  so my family can share.  I hate to see these loving family stuff go poof after 60 days.  And with the nest clips I only have so much room. So what i would do is save the clip on the nest aware/home then download it to my PC then delete the clip from the camera cloud.  I am NOT tech savy so any help would be great.

It depends on your camera. For the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 (installed in the Google Home app), only detected events can be downloaded, unlike our older Google Nest cameras and doorbells (installed in the Google Nest app), where clips can be manually edited and downloaded.

Some customers have reported using their phone's video capture tools to capture and save desired video history.
