I was able to set up and connect on the nest app but the app will not accept the setup code. Message is “too short”. The code is correct
Just to confirm, how many characters is your set up code that you entered?

Could you please clarify what you mean? Also, have you made sure your password is long enough? Are you sure caps lock isn't on or anything like that?
