- How far is the doorbell from the router?
- Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
- Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the doorbell is connected?
- What is the status LED light?
- Has the camera ever successfully connected to this network?
In the meantime, let's check a few things:
- Make sure your doorbell is fully charged: If the battery is low, the doorbell may not be able to connect to the network.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and that your router is working properly.
