Small metal bracket worn down

The chime wasn’t working when I plugged directly into the doorbell so used the extenders and that got it to work, however the top part of the small metal bracket is now worn down and won’t clip in. Is there a way for me to get a replacement or somewhere I can buy it?

Hey A5habib,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Is this your first time setting it up? Could you send us a photo of what's happening so I can take a closer look?

Thanks,

Archie

This just started happening when I added the extenders instead of wiring it directly, and no this wasn't the first time setting it. When I set it up the first time everything worked but the chime would only work right after connecting the doorbell.

I have images but it won't let me upload them,

Thanks,

Adnan
