Hi, I’ve had my Nest Doorbell for a few months and it’s been great. Unfortunately, however I got home from work one evening recently and it was on the floor and the lens is smashed. How do I go about getting the lens replaced? Cheers

Correct, this is not an ideal scenario. The unit was locked into position, so it shouldn’t be able to come loose. If it is not something I am able to get replaced under warranty, how do I go about getting it repaired?
