Solar charger for Nest doorbell

Hi - Looking to see if somecan share specs of a solar panel that they maybe using with these doorbell battery. We have a couple but do not have charging points near the doors. Hence thinking of installing solar chargers but confused what specs I should be looking for when buying the same.
