Stay Away from Nest Products

Stay away from Nest products. 

I went through 3 agents over chat and one over email and no one would warranty my Nest Hello doorbell. It's 2 months out of warranty. The microphone has stopped working. 

I have also read of other people with this same issue. 

Warranties are not set in stone. If someone wanted to make it happen, they could have. 

I could understand if it was longer past, but 2 months, come on.
