My doorbell is stolen
A day later I found it back under my parked car
with a broken lens .
i made a request for a replacement but they told me if you do not have video history we can’t help you.
Obviously my doorbell take video only if someone rings , is otherwise illegal here , I have no aware subscription
After a few hours ( 3) there is nothing more to see back.
I asked my insurance, they will pay nothing and will not insure a new one .
Disappointed because many Google nest products here , working fine
Can someone help me ?

Sorry to hear about that theft. Ugh.
If you already spoke to support and they told you no replacement then you might be out of luck.

Problem is there is no support in EU , nothing .
a small damage , a few € to repair , no way here , ( Netherlands ) 200€ in de trash

Thanks Russel , I filled the form , I have even case number filled here by google support in Nl ,
but I couldn’t post it , not allowed…
