It would be great to selectively mute familiar face notifications for people who live in my house. I don't need to receive a push notification every time I walk in or out of my house. Obviously I know I was there. Same for my immediate family. I'd still like to be able to identify specific people and get notified, for instance if my neighbor is creeping around on my property, I just don't need to get notifications for myself and my family and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn them off without turning the feature off entirely.

YES. I've had Neat aware since the very beginning. Many years ago. I have wanted this feature since day 1.

It seems like this really shouldn't be hard to add. The AI shouldn't need any changing, just some notification toggles on known people.

What good does it do to privately send feedback? A public forum like this is a much better place to discuss solutions and provides a discoverable entry for future users with similar requests. I see that I am not the first user to request this functionality, can anyone say if this feature will actually be explored? It seems to me this should be a relatively straightforward feature of adding a toggle in the app to enable and disable notifications for certain known people. It shouldn't require any difficult changes to the facial recognition. Seems like low hanging fruit that plenty of people are interested in.

As these are a Community Forum, the feedback given here is essentially for other community members and community specialists to share. If you are sending in direct feedback, it goes to developers and engineers. We share trending topics and issues we may see, but direct feedback from our users is much more important. I understand that there may not be the feature you're looking for, but if you want your feedback to possibly be implemented, it is best to send it through directly.
Best regards,
Brad

You do you, chief. This hasn't been helpful and hopefully other people who come looking for answers will see that.
