Stuck on idle and doesn’t show live feed

Just got a set of wireless cameras. But this happens, how do I fix it? It doesn’t show live feed when I choose it and always shows idle.  This is for the battery/wireless Camera. Any ideas?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What's the status light of your camera? When did it start happening? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.
