PLEASE CONTACT ME AT ####. I want to subscribe to Nest Aware to record video from my nest outdoor cameras. Your information on how to subscribe is terrible. Can’t find any clear instructions and have been wasting my time trying to navigate all your useless and unhelpful apps and instructions. Terrible. If you want my business then make it easy to get it and subscribe. Call me asap.

I'm just another Google Nest customer. Are you able to go to the page in the Google Store below to purchase Nest Aware? You want to use the same Google Account you're using to log into the Google Home app, and you want the subscription to be for the same Google Nest "home/structure" that contains your cameras.
