Taking cover off doorbell

Good afternoon, I bought a nest doorbell had it installed I cannot find the QR code paperwork, and I cannot  get the front cover off. I have watched the videos, I have the little hole at the top. I have put something thin and pressed down and it does not pop off

If you have the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell with a hole on the top, there is a small hex screw in the hole in the top of the doorbell that holds the doorbell onto the mounting bracket, and needs to be unscrewed.
