Talk very very quiet with wireless nest doorbell

When someone is at my door, when I talk to them, it is very very quiet.  I can hear them on my phone and the doorbell rings but the talk is almost inaudible.  I'm using the Google ap on a Samsung S10+ phone...??  This doorbell was purchased and installed recently.

Exactly the same for me with Samsung S21 and Google Nest battery doorbell. From the amount of correspondence on the Google site, same for very many people. Such a shame as the doorbell was purchased primarily for talk & listen when away from the premises, and everything else here revolves around Google Home. How do I bring this to Google's notice?

Why Brad? It's not like you have a solution. Can I ask..are you a Bot?

Hello @Brad

Please could you highlight how I have been either disrespectful or broke the guidelines. You keep on refering to them but don't specifically state which guideline has been broken.

Please enlighten me.
