Hi. My Nest Doorbell and history was working fine until one day I wanted to fit a wedge. Subsequently I turned off the WiFi and power and fitted it. When things came back on the time stamp and live time is completely wrong. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I've tried reset and factory reset. It's driving me mad.

Hi HamCon, wow,,, that is a puzzle. How off is it? 2 hours? 3 hours? 8 hours?
Try this: Go into the NEST app at the top level where you see all your devices. Hit the Gear Icon and then select HOME INFO and make sure your address (or at least the zip code) is populated. And also the Country is USA. I'm wondering if it choose the time zone based on this.
