Trapped in a user/password loop

Hi everyone. Trying to add a 2nd generation wired webcam to a new location. 

1. On my phone, launch the Nest app.

2. go to my new location and  Add Product.

3. scan de QR code of the new webcam.

4. go to Google Home app

5. key the + upper west corner

6. set up device

7. new device

8. chose a home

9. what are you setting up ?  Camera. Nest Cam Indoor, wired, 2nd generation

10. scan the QR code

11. New Nest cam (wired)

12. agree guidelines

13. do you have a Nest Account ? YES

14. Sign in to continue migration.

15. Please Try again you entered an incorrect email or password.

I am positive user and password are correct. But I ask anyway to have an e-mail to reset it. No email arrives.

This is a loop and at this time I have no idea what I do wrong.

Any help will be very welcome. Thank you all

Update; I skipped the QR code reading and instead went on. Asked to key the setup code at the bottom of the webcam, chosen location. Then a message on my mobile appears like "Choose the last 4 digits of your camera's serial number" and "It may take a moment for it to appear in the list".

And not I am stuck, nothing happens, tried to unplug and plug again the camera to the outlet but nothing happens. I can only go back one page or quit.

One way or another, I can't set up the camera. 

Booo...
