Is the USB replaceable? Floodlights tile no longer shows on app. Battery shows zero power. Does not show plugged in. Other camera shows battery plugged in with correct symbol.

I don't understand the warranty status of Google Nest cameras sold through Amazon. Apparently they are not a valid Google Nest reseller, unlike Best Buy, for example, so you may have to try contacting Amazon. I just don't know.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts or perform repairs. You could try contacting Support to see if they'll replace your camera. We've had a battery camera (the same camera used in the floodlight fixture) and have had it plugged in for 3 years with the optional power cable with no problems.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I have reached out numerous times by email and no response. Tried calling today and was disconnected. Unit was bought and installed this past June.

I also chatted with an agent and his response “buy a new unit and return the defective unit”. Would not provide warranty information.

States under warranty. Since bought from Amazon referred us to Amazon.
