Bought a house with Nest Cameras- no matter what I do to reset them, nothing works.
The LED pulses blue, but cannot see or connect to them from either Google Home or the NEST App.
It would appear the previous owner has not removed the cameras from his account when he left. The previous owners are not responding to any queries or requests. How do I get the cameras reset so I can link them into my Home account?

The Google Nest Help page below implies there is no alternative if the previous owner does not remove the cameras from their account (which needs to be done while the previous owner is on the previous Wi-Fi network):
"If you bought this camera new or can’t get the previous owner to remove the camera from their account, return it to the seller for a refund or exchange it for another. Let the seller know that your product is already connected to someone else’s account and it can’t be set up."

But this post has a response from Google Nest saying you can reset cameras by turning them off for at least 48 hours (though some customers report it doesn't work):
