Unable to reuse Nest outdoor camera at new house

We had an outdoor (battery powered) camera installed at our previous house. When we sold the house, I removed that location (and the associated devices) from my google account. Now we have a new house and I want to reuse my camera. But when I go through the process to add the device to my new location, I always end up at "something went wrong". I have tried restarting my phone as well as pushing the reset button on the back of the camera. Any suggestions are appreciated.

For the "factory reset", did you press and hold the reset button for at least 12 seconds, getting a blinking yellow status light (4 times) and a countdown tone at 10 seconds, and a steady yellow status light at 12 seconds, followed by a confirmation tone, as described here?

It appears that I did not hold the reset button long enough. I tried it again and it worked. Thank you very much!
