Hi there
I have few cameras in the Google Nest app and it works most of the time. I have a Google G-Suite account for my home and for some absurd reason I had to create a special Gmail account to make it work. People in my family now all have two accounts because of this. Let set that aside but keep in mind that Nest and G-Suite=same company. I just want to give permission to my users to use Nest.
Anyways.. now I just bought a new Nest Cam Outdoor battery and that does not allow me to add it to the Nest app. It wants me to migrate to my Google Home app. The migration process fails and its probably because Google Home is using my G-Suite address. I’m so frustrated and I really want to throw all the cameras away. I would really like a C level exec Nest/Google to understand how bad their user experience. I’m also paying nest for Aware, how is that going to work between Nest/Google Home?

I don't follow all the details of your situation, but when you migrate from a Nest Account to a Google Account, the Google Account to which you are migrating has to be a gmail account; it cannot be a Google Workspace/G-Suite account. I'm just another Google Nest customer, but there have been MANY posts for years in this forum that you need a gmail account to properly use Google Nest and the Google Home app.
