Video Events Not Loading

I get notifications instantly with quick view, however every time I click the notification to view the recorded event it opens but never loads the video event. It’s always the same never ever loads. I literally let it sit for 5 mins and it finally loaded the video event 8 mins later. 

It doesn’t matter if I’m standing next to my Wi-Fi or out on the go using LTE it’s always the same the video event never load. 

Even if I go back 10 mins later to look at a video event it never loads the video history. It could be a 30 second event or a 1 min event, the video event never loads. 

How to fix? I defeats the reason why I have cameras set up. Should I just return all 3 cams back to Google for refund?

Nest drop cam user for 5 yrs and video events always loaded.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how far is that Nest Camera from your Wi-Fi router? Do you have home members? Have you tried checking the saved videos with their phones if it has the same issue? Try reinstalling your Google Home app, restart your Nest Cameras and Wi-Fi router and let us know how it goes.
